NOFO tracking that shows you when it was last checked
Track the funding windows that are still open — and see the date each one was last checked.
A deadline tracker is only as good as how current it is. Each time you run a report, our AI pulls open notice-of-funding-opportunity windows, stamps every program with the date it was last checked, drops anything out of date down the list, and never shows a discontinued program. You see what's open, when it closes, and exactly how current it is.

NOFO tracking means staying ahead of federal notice-of-funding-opportunity windows so you act before they close. Each time you run a report, our AI pulls open and upcoming opportunities, checks each one against the rules for who can apply, and stamps every program with where it came from and the date it was last checked. Anything not checked in over 180 days gets a flag; past 365 days it can't rank as a top match; discontinued programs never appear. It works as a grant deadline tracker too.
How current it is, shown on every program
A deadline you can act on, dated so you can trust it.
Official sources — Census, USAspending, FEMA, Grants.gov — are checked the moment you run a report. Posted and upcoming opportunities carry their open and close windows exactly as the source publishes them.
A program we haven't checked in over 180 days carries a confirm-with-the-agency note. You still see it — but you see the caution stamp with it, so you confirm the window before you build a calendar around it.
Past 365 days, a program can't be called a top match. Discontinued programs never show up at all. The tracker would rather show you less than show you a dead deadline.
Every window shows where it came from and the date it was last checked.
Deadlines, ranked — not just listed
A deadline is only useful if you can win before it.
| Program | Agency | Window | Can you apply? | Last checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RAISE Discretionary Grants | U.S. DOT | Open · closes soon | GO | at run time |
| A college capacity program | U.S. Dept. of Education | Coming up | VERIFY | at run time |
Dates and windows reflect each source's published schedule; confirm with the agency before you submit. The GO/VERIFY stamp says whether you can apply under the rules, not whether you'll win the award. Agency names are plain text — no seals or insignia.

Tracking, in your words
The same tracker, the words you actually use.
NOFO windows across the agencies that fund infrastructure and community projects
Competitive NOFO windows across DOT, EPA, FEMA, HUD, NTIA, USDA-RD and the rest — plus the formula and earmark lanes that other search tools miss. See what your city can apply for, with last-checked dates you can take to a council meeting.
FOA, RFA, PA and PAR windows ranked for your institution
Funding windows across NSF, NIH, ED, USDA-NIFA, DOE and more — with the limited-submission and designation-based opportunities flagged, so a small sponsored-programs office tracks the windows where it has a real standing, not every window out there. Where a window isn't loaded yet, the panel says so rather than inventing a date.
